A local electronics company in the Sugar Land area went out of business after the owner was diagnosed with dementia. The company was housed in a large commercial building and subject to a lease that did not expire for several years after the company ended its operations. The owner's daughter came to the Moss Law firm for assistance, fearing that her elderly mother would be sued and publicly humiliated by the potential fallout.
