In the Estate of J.T., Deceased a beloved husband passed away after a long period of illness. His wife initially hired another attorney who spoke Vietnamese (her native language) to handle his affairs, but the process dragged on without much progress for over a year. We took over the case in 2019 and in three (3) months, we had the husband's will probated as a muniment of title and prepared a distribution deed that allowed the widow to refinance her home at a more favorable rate so she could more easily afford to stay in her home.
